We believe that the secret of making the perfect tortilla is using the best ingredients. That is why we source our ingredients locally through suppliers that share our commitment to quality & sustainability

Our eggs are laid by pasture-raised chickens and our potatoes are carefully selected from local farmers, to ensure the best flavour and the right texture within each season
